First attempt at real Maryland Crabcakes. Used jumbo lump crab with scallions, parsley, and of course, Old Bay. Served with a side of freshly made tartar sauce and a nice green salad. They held together pretty well and tasted great.

First attempt at real Maryland Crabcakes. Used jumbo lump crab with scallions, parsley, and of course, Old Bay. Served with a side of freshly made tartar sauce and a nice green salad. They held together pretty well and tasted great. Decided to be smart when food shopping this week and got stuff for a bunch of meals that use common ingredients. First up is a Corn Tortilla soup. Garnished with fresh avacado and lime. Next is Chilli con Carne with big chunks of beef, pinto beans and rice. Topped with jack cheese, cilantro, [...] Marinated Skirt Steak with Eggs and Toast. Breakfast of Champions! |
